Why Smartmaids Group
From the first application to support after placement, workers and employers deal with one team and one process.
Every applicant follows the same clear steps — application, screening, matching, visa processing and placement — so candidates and employers know what happens next.
We review every application, verify skills and training in our office, assess personality and cultural fit, check references from previous employers and confirm required documents. Initial screening takes 2–3 business days.
Employers can set requirements such as experience and age range, and we match candidates against them.
For selected candidates we handle work permits, residence visas, document attestation and employment contracts, plus flights, travel insurance and airport pickup coordination.
Registered with Kenya’s National Employment Authority (NEA). We work with registered Tadbeer centres in the UAE, regulated maid centres in Qatar and manpower centres in Bahrain.
First-time workers receive pre-departure orientation, and we keep in touch with workers and employers after placement.
