How a partnership works

A clear process from your first request to support after placement.

  1. Send your requirements

    Tell us the roles, the number of workers, your country, and the experience and age range you need.

  2. We review and contact you

    Our team reviews your request and gets in touch to confirm the details.

  3. Screening and matching

    We screen Kenyan applicants, verify skills and training in our office, assess personality and cultural fit, check references from previous employers, and match candidates against your requirements, including experience and age range.

  4. Visas, documentation and travel

    For selected candidates we handle work permits, residence visas, document attestation, employment contracts, flights and travel insurance. This typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the destination country’s requirements and how ready the documents are.

  5. Placement and follow-up

    First-time workers receive pre-departure orientation. After placement we check in with workers and employers, and help with issues, contract renewals and emergencies.

In the Gulf we work with registered Tadbeer centres in the UAE, regulated maid recruitment centres in Qatar and manpower centres in Bahrain.
